This past week we took off to Indiana to see my extended family. Our first stop was at Uncle Rod and Aunt Kim's house in Southern IN. We had a great time going to church with them, (Gregory did a great job playing in their band) going out to eat to help Morgan celebrate her birthday, and just having a good time relaxing by the pool!
We did have a little excitement on the way, too. Somewhere in the middle of Kentucky, a deer decided to try and hitch a ride! Thankfully it hit us broadside, rather than head on. So glad it stayed low and didn't go through the window too! It doesn't look like too much damage, but I guess there's some that we can't see, so we'll be paying the deductible and hopefully it won't be too long till we get it back.
(Yes, that would be fur...)
It hit right between the two doors on the drivers side.

Oh, deer! Hopefully, it will take only a little doe to repair the damages. Just don't let the insurance company try to pass the buck!
