Easter Eggs!

I absolutely love that Rachel is starting to enjoy little traditions and activities for different holidays!  I have to be honest and say that I've been waiting for this- I love them too!

She was so excited and proud of herself!

2 1/2 Years!

I cannot believe Rachel is 2 1/2 already!  I know everyone says this, but it seems like yesterday that she was born, and at the same time, it seems like she has been in our lives forever.

She did great at her check up...
27 pounds, 34 1/2 inches tall  she is still a peanut, but is healthy and no worries from the doctor or us!

Rachel has decided recently that she would be perfectly happy eating fruit, vegetables, bread and cheese all the time.  It's crazy that I have to bribe her to eat her meat with broccoli!

She is doing great with potty training and is dry most days and nights.  We have been putting her in her big girl underwear at home, and are beginning to venture out without pull-ups on!  Fingers crossed- no accidents so far!

I love that phones all have cameras in them now... the problem is I don't actually ever get them on my computer. So I took some time and transferred them over. Here are a few of my favorites from the past few weeks.

My mom found my old caboodle (anyone else remember those from the early 90's!?) and gave it to me when I had Rachel. I recently pulled it out of my basement and gave it to her... she loves it almost as much as I did!

Gavin's First trip to South Carolina

We went to South Carolina for Easter and had a great time relaxing and spending time with family.  

 These were my earrings when I was a little girl- Rachel loved them!

We had the chance to go strawberry picking.  (One of my favorite memories growing up!)

We met up with Katie and Benji and went to the zoo one day.  

 Again, Gavin was super excited about everything going on!

Rachel had such a great day and didn't make it too far down the road before falling asleep!
